SpendIntel AI is owned and operated by Major Retail LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SpendIntel AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

SpendIntel AI helps you discover and analyze recurring expenses by importing your transactions (via CSV or a read-only bank connection) and detecting subscriptions and bills.

Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only with financial data you are authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

Not financial advice

SpendIntel AI provides informational analysis and observations about your spending. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures are computed from the data you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for your financial decisions.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Plaid for bank connectivity and Anthropic for AI narration). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Major Retail LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
