Data Retention

SpendIntel AI is owned and operated by Major Retail LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This page describes what SpendIntel AI stores and how long we keep it.

What we retain

• Account data (email, optional name) — kept while your account is active.
• Imported transactions (CSV or bank-synced) — kept while your account is active so detection and reports remain accurate.
• Detected subscriptions & analysis — kept while your account is active.
• Bank connections — the encrypted Plaid access token is kept only while a bank is connected; disconnecting deletes the token immediately.
• Feedback you send — retained to help us improve the product during the alpha.

Bank disconnection

When you disconnect a bank in Settings, we remove the connection at Plaid and delete the stored access token. Your previously imported transactions are retained as history unless you delete your account.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@majoretailllc.com. On deletion, we remove your account and associated financial data from our active systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation.

Activity history

Activity events (imports, detections, status changes) are retained for up to 90 days.
